Coffee, Creativity, Community

Now Open at 102 W Superior St in Downtown Duluth Minnesota

Creativity Matters

We are all creative souls.

It is our belief that practicing and expressing creativity makes us happier and healthier people.

We also realize that it may not be simple or easy for everyone, and that like most things, it can take some practice.

Studio Café aims to help cultivate and enable expressing creativity in everyone by making it easy to get started with traditional arts and crafts mediums.

Sit for awhile.

Draw something, watercolor, sew, fold paper, crochet.

Let us make you a coffee, while you make something the world has never seen.

Our vision is to show the world that coffee shops can nurture the human soul.

Sci-fi Book Club

This book club meets monthly to discuss compelling titles within this genre, which often contain very real, human stories. New members are always welcome.

This month's book is 'Annihilation' by Jeff VanderMeer.

About the book: Area X has been cut off from the rest of the world for decades. Nature has reclaimed the last vestiges of human civilization. The first expedition returned with reports of a pristine, Edenic landscape; the second expedition ended in mass suicide, the third in a hail of gunfire as its members turned on one another.

Hosted by the Duluth Public Library.
