We are all creative souls.
It is our belief that practicing and expressing creativity makes us happier and healthier people.
We also realize that it may not be simple or easy for everyone, and that like most things, it can take some practice.
Studio Café aims to help cultivate and enable expressing creativity in everyone by making it easy to get started with traditional arts and crafts mediums.

Hannah Rey (She/They) is a Minnesota born and raised musician currently living in Duluth and playing venues up and down the shores of Lake Superior. They are a triple-threat with their strong voice, gift for songwriting, and skillful ability to interpret classic songs in their own style.

Bring your typewriter and join us for clickity-clackety hangs, writing, relishing in the soundscape of an entire cafe filled with typewriters, and an open mic to share what you've cathartically clacked into existence.
Don't have a typewriter? Perfect! We'll have typewriters for you to play with and try out.
Interested in buying or selling a typewriter? This might be a good opportunity!
Have a typewriter that barely works, is limping along, or needs new ribbon? You might find someone that can help you!
Poly/Queer Social
Attendees of the monthly Poly Queer Social can drop in, mingle and build community connections in a laid-back space with pastries and beverages. This social event is aimed toward polyamorous and queer individuals hoping to chat with other folks from the Twin Ports area. Discussion prompts and optional activities are provided.
The event is open to both those practicing polyamory and individuals interested in learning.

Bob & Carol serenade us with the sounds of americana folk rock, blues, and some lovely originals. Your foot’ll be tappin’ and your body swayin’ to these sweet sounds.

Join Linnaea at Sketchbook Art Club in Studio Cafe Duluth, vibe and sketch. All levels welcome. Tuesdays 5-7pm.
Climes
Climes is a musical collaboration among five seasoned, Minnesota-based artists: Drew (vocals, lute dulcimer), Clif Nesseth (fiddle, flute, guitar), Rebecca James Alsum (cello), Steve Dalager (acoustic bass and vocals) and Zack Baltich (percussion). Climes showcases an Americana sound that bends and blends folk, rock and bluegrass. Lyrically, the songs are bound up in the issues of the day and the sentiments of musicians who seek a more just and inclusive world. We'll let the songs say the rest.
